Condition: Excellent, the heavy glass body has no damage restoration. There are no losses to the thick silver overlay.

A rare and early vase decorated in the silver studios of Friedrich Spahr with stylised flowers in silver overlay upon a thick amber glass body. The silver knop of the vase is stamped MSG 1000 10 (M)Manufaktur (S)Schwäbisch (G)Gmünd. This early and rare mark was used prior to the impressed Spahr mark. The vase is 16cm tall & 8.75cm across the rim.
