Friedrich Deusch: An early Persian inspired silver overlay blue glass vase
Date: Circa 1930s
Condition: Excellent with no damage or restoration to the glass. There are no losses to the silver overlay. Usual wear to the base without damage.
Size: The vase is 19.5cm tall & 13,5cm across the rim.

A very fine art deco period blue glass vase decorated in the silver studios of Friedrich Deusch with a very intricate & complex Persian design of an exotic bird in silver overlay. The glass is possibly by Jean Beck, the size is 19.5cm tall & 13,5cm across the rim. The silver is stamped with the early ‘1000/1000 Deusch’ mark & the glass has the Deusch Inventory number 707 pained in red on the base.
