Description: – A fine Hutschenreuther Arzberg porcelain vase exquisitely decorated in the Schwåbisch Gmünd silver studios of Friedrich Spahr with a visually simple, yet complex stylised design of roses in silver overlay upon a green-ground. The pattern repeats on the reverse.
Size: – The vase is 16cm tall & 7.5cm across the rim and weighs 600g.
Condition: – The porcelain and silver are in great condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or losses. The silver may have micro scratches to the surface following 80 years of care and cleaning.
History & Marks: – The silver is signed Spahr 1000 to the base rim as seen in the images. The Hutschenreuther porcelain marks used between 1928-63
