Description: – An extremely fine & scarce Hutschenreuther porcelain vase decorated in the Schwåbisch Gmünd silver studios of Friedrich Spahr with an amazing floral design in Silver Overlay & enamels upon a black ground.
Size & Weight: – The vase is 23cm tall & 11cm across the rim and weighs 1.885kg
Condition: – The porcelain has no chips, cracks, hairlines, crazing, losses or restoration. The silver is in great order without any losses, Obviously after 80 years of care there are very minor surface scratches following years of love, care & attention.
Photography: - Please look at the images as they show a true status of this delightful vase. There are some light reflections seen following the photography and are not discolourations to the glaze.
History & Marks:– The porcelain marks used between 1928-63. The silver stamped Spahr 1000 to the base rim.
Declaration:– This is original Hutschenreuther porcelain from the time period described. The silver overlay is that from the Schwåbisch Gmünd silver studios of Friedrich Spahr.
